Class information – What time, how long, what do I need, where do I go… on class day?
Arrive at 8:30 AM for the class at 9 AM, need to be there by 8:30 AM to sign in, if not signed in by the time class starts you will NOT be able to attend. Class is 6 hours long with a 40-minute lunch.
Bring some kind of photo ID and pen or pencil to take notes.
Cost / Timing – How much is the class? When do I pay?
The class is $225 and must be paid before the class is taken, unless you’ve made arrangements with our team.
Fee waiver – How do I apply for a fee waiver?
The city offers partial / sometimes full fee waivers to those enrolled in the Promise Pay program. They need to contact the city prosecutor’s office for an application if they are eligible. City Prosecutor’s office will then send in lists of those that have a fee waiver as they are approved for them.
Reschedule
Each enrollee get one complimentary reschedule to be pushed to the next class. After that, you will need to pay the enrollment fee again.
Language – Is there a Spanish version of the class?
Only if you get Instructor approval a week prior to the class date.
Community Service Etc. – I have to complete {service name} and I paid them, why do I have to pay again? I told them at {} that I have to do… I completed {} already… How do I register for {}…
We are only the ARC class only and cannot help with other court requirements or with community service.
